Shipping Rates and Policies

Turnaround: All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the store is open on Tuesday and Thursday; hence orders will be processed on these days only.

COVID-19 Note: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Because of the restrictions placed on the physical sales of the RSM Store due to COVID-19 regulations, orders can only be shipped.  Consequently, the "pick-up at the RSM store" option was removed from the website.

ATTENTION: You will have to enter your contact details and credit card information before you will see the price of your complete order including shipping and handling fees. Before the final checkout page you will still have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We will not be responsible for any misplaced orders.

    If you're not 100% satisfied with your RSM Store purchase, please feel free to return the item for any reason within 14 working days of the date the merchandise was received.

    ATTENTION: As the store is currently closed, it is not possible to return an item (in exchange for a larger size) by bringing it to the RSM store. This will be possible as soon as the store can reopen its doors! 

    Please note:

    • The Return Policy is neither a trial period nor an extension of any warranty and damage claim period.
    • Opening a box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
    • The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
    • Please be careful when opening and trying your item(s) so that you can get a refund should the item not be what you imagined.
    • All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
    • The original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping, (and in case of free shipping also for the original shipping costs).
    • All sale items, and final sale items will not be accepted for return. No exceptions!
